Brochures and catalog ads seem to show that Gil Favor was shipped on a variety of horses. These are few that look correct according to those sheets. Gil Favor was shipped with a standard white hat.

I missed the auction on this piece, but managed to get the other five pieces. All had mint figures in the shipping boxes, and all had gold stickers on the rump of the horses identifying the set. This photo confirms the buckskin combination used with Favor and shown in the groupings above.
