Maid of Scandinavia simply called this the “Sportsman Baseballer” in their catalogs. Collectors call him the “Minor Leaguer”. 50¢ |

Sportsman Bowler #699
This piece showed up in quite a few of the earlier years. They sold for 50¢, same as the rest of the small cake toppers. Notice it also came with a black base at times. |

1963, The Little Leaguer
I have had some contact with Hartland Sports collectors who question whether the Little Leaguer was ever sold as a cake topper. Well, here it is! It sold for 95¢ in 1963. This is the only Maid of Scandinavia catalog I have been able to find it in.
